The first half of 2025 has been an exciting time at GOCare as we’ve launched a wave of client partners. From day one—when we proudly welcomed them to the GOCare family—we’ve collaborated closely through workshops, configuration, tech stack integration, and training. Now, these providers are seeing real results as they elevate the customer experience.
First-Half 2025 BSP Rollouts
GOCare continues to build upon the record results posted in 2024. We went live with seven client-partners that serve more than 240,000 subscribers collectively. These deployments feature numerous integrations across our technology partner ecosystem (some new, some established),
360 Broadband is live with GOCare Connect and Messenger. With GOCare Connect, 360 Broadband subscribers receive live support via webchat, SMS, email, and Facebook. And 360 Broadband’s contact center staff have a single pane of glass to manage these interactions, resolving issues faster. GOCare has integrations with Sonar and Calix for this new deployment.
Blue Stream Fiber, the regional broadband provider serving 385,000 residents and 500 communities, went live with GOCare Messenger under the TextConnect brand, telling customers it’s the “latest innovation in customer communication, designed to keep you informed with timely updates sent directly to your mobile device.” GOCare Messenger also enables keyword inbound inquiries from subscribers, instead of phone calls, for faster and more convenient self-help solutions. TextConnect now supports proactive billing alerts and updates.
We rolled out OutageIQ™ for ETC Communications (Elijay Telephone Company), the incumbent telco in Elijay serving North Georgia and Southeast Tennessee. Our revamped solution provides networking monitoring and subscriber communications for unplanned broadband outages and routine maintenance. GOCare OutageIQ monitors network status across ETC’s fiber, HFC, and twisted-pair copper networks for a truly differentiated solution.
