Gila River Teams up with GOCare to Showcase Digital Experience Automation leveraging robust Calix Support Cloud integration 

Alpharetta, GA – (October 2023) – GOCare, a SaaS provider of digital experience software, announced that Gila River Telecommunications, Inc.  (“GRTI”) of Arizona has teamed up with GOCare  for a Proof of Concept (POC) to showcase the power of integrations with Calix Support Cloud APIs and deliver improved digital experience for GRTI staff and their subscribers.  

GRTI selected Calix for their advanced technology to deliver a consistently reliable broadband service to their subscribers. By partnering with GOCare on the POC, GRTI seeks to maximize the value of the Calix Cloud data and deliver real-time data and self-help solutions for their subscribers alongside real-time tools for their staff to provide quick, interactive support to their subscribers.   GRTI’s partnership with Calix and GOCare  will be showcased at the upcoming innovation conference, Calix ConneXions October 14 – 17, 2024 at GOCare’s booth (#103) during Expo Hours.
