Alpharetta, GA – (December 2023) – GOCare, a SaaS provider of digital experience software, announced that Gila River Telecommunications, Inc. (“GRTI”) of Arizona has solidified a previous Proof Of Concept integration with GOCare to sign a formal agreement to roll out GOCare’s Digital Experience suite in 2024. This overall solution, will utilize the power of integrations with Calix Service Cloud APIs along with the Calix Subscriber API and deliver improved digital experience for GRTI staff and their subscribers.
GRTI selected Calix for their advanced technology to deliver a consistently reliable broadband service to their subscribers. By partnering with GOCare, GRTI seeks to maximize the value of the Calix Cloud data and deliver real-time data and self-help solutions for their subscribers alongside real-time tools for their staff to provide quick, interactive support to their subscribers. GOCare will also integrate in real-time with GRTI’s backoffice Billing and OSS solution Mid America Computer Corporation (MACC) as well to ensure end-to-end automation.
